2019 CSR- The 2019 vintage was one of the last to capture the essence of an earlier, cooler growing season. A cool spring and moderate temperatures through the growing season allowed for the development of complex flavors in the grapes, giving this wine a vibrant, cool-climate bouquet. Aromas of ripe blackberries, mulberries, sappy herbs, mint, tobacco, and graphite dominate, reflecting the interplay of fruit and earthiness from our Los Olivos vineyard.—last chance to own one!

2020 CSR - The 2020 vintage was marked by a particularly cool and mild growing season, with late spring rains followed by long, even temperatures throughout the summer. These conditions allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their natural acidity and bright fruit profile. The result is a wine with balanced tannins and a refined structure, offering aromas of black cherry, plum, and subtle notes of tobacco and leather. On the palate, the wine reveals layers of dark fruit, herbs, and a touch of minerality, with a lingering finish that speaks to its terroir. The 2020 vintage represents a perfect blend of power and finesse, making it a standout in the Reserve series.

2021 CSR- The 2021 vintage is  yet to be released, but early indications show that it will be an extraordinary wine. After a warm, dry start to the growing season, temperatures moderated in the summer, allowing the grapes to ripen in a more controlled manner. This vintage is expected to have an even greater concentration of fruit and depth, with a more intense bouquet of dark berries, savory herbs, and an underlying richness that will continue to evolve with age.
