Sourced exclusively from Mesa Verde Vineyard in the Los Olivos District — a site we've proudly showcased since 2005 — this wine reflects both place and precision. Grown using organic practices and harvested by hand, the grapes were gently crushed with a brief skin contact before pressing, allowing for added texture and aromatic depth. Only the free-run juice was used, then fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve its natural brightness and purity.

On the palate, this single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is both vibrant and textured, with expressive notes of quince, lemongrass, and crisp green apple.
